Gateway Tire has been my go to for years. I have tried other shops in town. They’re not bad but they’re not gateway. They go over the top service and Quality and there are locally own company.

Go to Gateway Tire Service Center in Jonesboro, AR only when Larry is working. Call ahead. Larry is the hardest worker—wholesome, straight to the point, no BS. Gets dirty, mechanic hands, extremely knowledgeable. Most honest mechanic ever: Tightened everything, rotated tires, realigned, topped fluids, left vehicle in tiptop shape running smoothly overnight. Only let Larry work on your vehicle.

Went in for a tire repair. The staff was nice and the lobby was clean. In and out in 30 minutes! Thank you for a great experience

Horrible coordination of the vehicle alignment service. We agreed to have the tire replacement done at this location because of the availability of the alignment service, and after 3hours of sitting in the waiting room we were told they can’t get to it today. No discount was provided after this inconvenience was discussed along with the possibility of ruining new tires on an unaligned vehicle.
